This summer, as the sun was in its full bloom up above the
sky and pouring down its rays making the day brighter, correspondingly, on the
Earth, at FFCG (New Lalazar), under the mentor ship of FFHO staff, the luminous
FLASH Summer training was brightening the minds of its participants by refining
their teaching methodologies, equipping them with advanced tools of teaching,
polishing their teaching skills (time management, lesson planning etc.),
endowing them with knowledge (about FF policies), increasing their work
proficiency through practice, assessing their learning through pretests,
post tests and lesson demos, raising their competencies through grading and
result analysis, and motivating them to irradiate the future of Pakistan. Yes,
you got me right, our students- the future of Pakistan.
